What's the cost of shipping?

Shipping is on us for all Bliss Box subscriptions delivered within the 48 contiguous United States—because your journey to wellness should arrive without added cost. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred carrier.

For any additional items from our store, shipping is determined by weight and size. You’ll have the option to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout for the service that best suits your needs. Every order is carefully packed and sent with love—wherever you are in the world.

When will you ship my order?

The Rhythm of Bliss Your journey begins the moment you subscribe. Your first box is billed at checkout and lovingly prepared for our next shipment. From there, your subscription follows a thoughtful rhythm: future boxes are billed on the 20th of each month and shipped on the 1st of the following month—delivered with care, right on time, every season. 

For example, if you join on March 10th, your first box is secured immediately and shipped in the upcoming cycle. Your next billing will occur on April 20th, with your second box arriving in early May. Welcome to a more intentional way of wellness—on your doorstep, like clockwork.

How long will it take to arrive?

For orders within the United States, your Bliss Box typically arrives within 4 to 10 business days from the time it ships. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier, but rest assured—your box is worth the wait.

As soon as your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your box’s journey every step of the way. Each Bliss Box is thoughtfully prepared and handled with care to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience, no matter where you are in the world.

Where do you ship?

We’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping, so you can experience the Bliss Box no matter where you call home. 
For destinations outside the United States, please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.  Wherever you are, we’re honored to send a little bliss your way.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated based on your shipping location and varies by county and state. Our website automatically determines the appropriate tax amount at checkout once your shipping details are entered. 
For international orders, any duties or import taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We aim to make the checkout process seamless, so you can focus on the joy of receiving your Bliss Box.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged at the time you subscribe to reserve your first Bliss Box. From there, your subscription follows a consistent rhythm—future boxes are automatically billed on the 20th of each month, just ahead of the next shipment.  This ensures your Bliss Box is thoughtfully prepared and delivered right on time, each and every season.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?

Tracking your Bliss Box is simple. First create a store account by clicking here. Be sure to use the same email address you provided when placing your order. Once logged in, you’ll have access to your recent orders, where you can:


  • View your order details
  • Track your shipment
  • Manage payments
  • Cancel an order (before it has shipped)

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Bliss Box’s journey to your doorstep.

Can I change my subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in full control of your Bliss Box experience. To make changes, simply create a store account by clicking here using the same email you used when placing your original order. Once logged in, click on “Subscriptions” to:

How do I track an order?

Once your shipping label has been created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your Bliss Box on its way to you. You can also track your order anytime by signing into your store account. Simply click on “My Account” and navigate to Order History.
